In this class you will begin and end with guided breathing techniques known as pranayama. Combining these breathing practices with gentle body stretches brings awareness of the body. Keeping your focus on your breath and body helps to cultivate mindfulness. If you are looking to relieve muscle tension and improve your sleep quality, then this class is for you.
You can cancel any class up to 30 minutes before it starts. Please note workshops are a one-time fee and you will not be reimbursed for any classes missed.
