Enjoy an interactive hour each week exploring and examining the principles of yoga. An amazing way to deepen your own practice on and off the mat.
With a passion for yoga philosophy, Manjari will share the richness of the history that goes beyond asanas. Through this virtual workshop, that is suitable for all levels from beginners to those who have an established practice, it will add meaning and inspiration to your own practice and journey.
